Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items can be returned for a refund.
A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for returns of $100.00 or more.
You must contact us before returning merchandise. For merchandise to be eligible for return it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt of purchase is also required. After we authorize the return and have received it we will contact you and inform you if the returned merchandise has been approved for a refund. If approved we will process the refund immediately.
We only exchange merchandise if it is defective or damaged. Contact us immediately upon receipt if it is the case.
When merchandise is approved for return we will provide the shipping address.You are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance.
"Returned merchandise" must be clearly marked on the outside of the "returned package". We only accept packages returned via Canada Post or USPS.
